+DME Accreditation

All DMEPOS Suppliers must receive Accreditation by September 30, 2009 in order to retain their billing number and receive Medicare Part B payment. In order to meet this deadline provider must have their application submitted to the accrediting bodies by January 30th, 2009.

Getting started is half the battle. Primas Administrative Solutions has developed a very successful program; which streams lines the process and allows providers to make this a way of life.

The first step is to fill out your application with Primas Administrative Solutions. Filling out your Primas Administrative Solutions application is a method of setting up an account with our company and establishing your organization needs.

Primas Administrative Solutions will then determine where in the process you are and structure an Accreditation Plan which fits your needs and company structure. We will do this by asking you to fill out a Manual Interview. The Manual Interview covers all the important areas of your company which need to be addressed in your manual in order for you to reach Accreditation. During this process you will be assigned an account manager to help assist you with any questions or concerns during this process.

Once this has been established we will begin by setting short term and long term goals.
