 Re-Accreditation is an ongoing process that must be the focus of your company on a continuous basis. In order for you to achieve and retain accreditation it is required that your company conduct and review the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement, audit and review your Clinical Records and conduct your Governing Body meetings at least annually. Documentation of your work must be recorded and readily available for surveyor's review.
