Primas Administrative Solutions is strongly committed to protecting your personal information and privacy. It is our policy that at no time will any personal identifiable information that is entered into our order forms, data fields on our website, or otherwise provided be sold to any outside companies or third parties.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We appreciate your business and your satisfaction is very important to us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, notify us within 30 days of the date of delivery to make it right.
If a CD, DVD, manual or other product is defective or was simply shipped in error, we will replace the item at no cost to you.


Returns
Returns must include an invoice and be in saleable condition. Be advised that due to the proprietary nature of the policy and procedure manuals, they are not eligible for return and full refund. Products that are not eligible for return and refund include:
• Products not purchased through Primas Administrative Solutions
• Products such as CDs or DVDs, etc., with cases that have been broken, damaged or opened, (or taken out of its plastic wrap), in any way.
• Products such as CDs or DVDs, etc., with cases that have been resealed
• Products that have been determined by Primas Administrative Solutions to be without defect even if the return takes place within 30 days.
Cancellations
Orders for publications and products may be cancelled up until the time at which the order has been shipped. After the item has been shipped, the return policy will apply.


End User Agreement

Primas Administrative Solutions grants the End User the following rights, provided that the End User complies with all of the terms and conditions of this EULA:


A. The End User may install and use one copy of the Manual on one personal computer. Alternatively, the End User may install and use one copy of the Manual on a network storage device, such as a server computer, and allow one personal computer to access and use that copy of the Manual over a private network. If the End User desires to add additional personal computers to access and/or use the Manual on the network, additional licenses must be obtained by contacting Primas Administrative Solutions at the address provided below.



B. The End User may copy, print out, electronically mail and/or edit the Manual only for the strictly limited purpose of accreditation of the specific site of the End User for which the Manual was purchased or distributed. Such accreditation includes self-assessment and staff training for the specific site of the End User for which the Manual was purchased or distributed. Any copying, printing, electronic mailing, and/or editing of the Manual for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.



C. In performing any editing of the Manual in accordance with this EULA and the instructions provided in the Manual, the End User agrees to keep all copyright notations and rights provisions associated with Primas Administrative Solutions in place.



II. Reservation of rights. Primas Administrative Solutions owns the Manual and all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Manual, and reserves all rights not expressly granted to the End User in this EULA. The End User may not sell, license or distribute copies of the Manual by itself or as part of any collection, product or service.



III. Use of data. It is the policy of Primas Administrative Solutions that any personal information that is entered into our order forms or any other data fields on our website or otherwise provided by the End User will not be shared. This information includes data such as the End User’s name, address, e-mail address, payment information, registration information for educational products and services, etc. Any information, however, which is submitted as comments or feedback to Primas Administrative Solutions shall become the property of Primas Administrative Solutions. When providing any such comments or feedback, the End User grants Primas Administrative Solutions the authority, permission and right to use the submitted content in any way. This may include but is not limited to the sale, marketing and promotion of Primas Administrative Solutions products and services.



IV. Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Primas Administrative Solutions may immediately terminate this EULA if the End User fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, the End User must immediately return the Manual to Primas Administrative Solutions at the address provided below, and destroy all copies of the Manual on any computers or devices within the custody or control of the End User.



V. Disclaimer and limitation of liability.



A. Disclaimer. Primas Administrative Solutions provides the Manual as is and with all faults, and hereby disclaims all other warranties and conditions, whether express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, any (if any) implied warranties, duties or conditions of merchantability, of fitness for a particular purpose, of reliability, accuracy, and/or any regulatory compliance with regard to the Manual and the content and/or use thereof. Also, there is no warranty or condition of title, quiet enjoyment, and quiet possession, correspondence to description or non-infringement with regard to the Manual.



B. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Primas Administrative Solutions be liable for any special, incidental, punitive, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or confidential or other information, for lack of any regulatory compliance or accreditation, for personal injury, for loss of privacy, for failure to meet any duty including of good faith or of reasonable care, for negligence, and for any other pecuniary or other loss whatsoever) arising out of or in any way related to the use of the Manual.
